Week 1
Relationship Between Technology and Humans
Through the very first tech inventions, every new invention has been built upon it or at least bounced ideas of the same engineering. Humans are collaborative and will continue to be influenced by all surroundings such as technology. Now more than ever, technology is used not only in our personal daily lives but has become essential to preform work duties and even educational assignments such as this. Technology is not a separate entity anymore but forever will be integrated into the human everyday routines and one with human culture. There was a time when technology was just machines used in the industrial era. Once there was a line between tech and humans. Today the line is finer between the two. Humans and their phones, which are mini computers constantly at ones fingertips or smart watches attached on most peoples wrists. When will the line be completely erased between the two? When humans have a hard time functioning without their phone or technology? Is that not already occurring? Technology has created a modern day Frankenstein which mimics human appearance, emotion, reactions, ect., AI. As humans push AI to new limits, AI just like Frankenstein will become its own intrinsic being at some point, demanding its own allowances that human’s, its creator will have to provide in order to control it. Advancing technology can be quite daunting these days. A true responsibility and accountably has to be put into place due to the level that tech has come. Commuter software has become smarter and faster than humans the creators. Our generation that will advance AI and other new tech will hopefully be responsible for future generations to enjoy tech and not be too reliant on human capabilities.
